About Us

EPM was the brainchild of co-founders Sean Barrett (CEO) and Richard Linney, who have worked together for many years. Sean was keen to form his own in-house real estate marketing team for his other business ventures, so the duo decided to bring together their expertise to form EPM.

And it’s come a long way since it came to life in 2022. We’ve worked with many organisations, including Porsche, Berbeck Interiors, the Barnes Fashion Show, The Agency Group, Fine and Country, Knight Frank and Finchatton & Gecko Developments to deliver podcasts, product promotions, videography and property and event marketing.
