Sean Barrett

Having worked in the world of real estate for nearly 20 years, including as managing director for Fine & Country, a prestigious global network, Sean knows all the tricks of the trade and understands good marketing. He takes inspiration from real estate agency models in the USA, going beyond the norms of UK real estate marketing.

RICHARD LINNEY

With over 20 years’ experience of working in the media industry, including working for Fujifilm, Richard is well placed to jointly head up EPM. His expertise lies in photography and videography, but he’s a skilled businessman and, alongside co-founders Sean and Emma, oversees business operations.

Emma Burke

Like Sean, Emma’s background is in real estate, a field she has worked in for over 10 years and she knows what it takes to captivate an audience. She worked alongside Sean at Fine & Country, looking after the business’ social media channels, as well as managing and letting properties. Emma co-founded the company with the boys and continues to contribute great ideas to the business model.

Bianka Hárs

Bianka is a film and drama graduate from the University of Kent and has worked in videography for over six years. With her abundance of creativity and experience, it’s fair to say that Bianka is the main woman of the EPM operation.

Melissa Zorn

Melissa is working with EPM as part of her university placement year. She is passionate about videography and works alongside Bianka to deliver social media, website and video content for our clients.
